Mass Production

Our on-site team produces millions of parts each year. Industries include dental, consumer packaging, medical (non-cleanroom), electrical housings, personal care, construction, containers, and more. Regularly processed materials include polypropylene (including FDA-approved grades), HDPE, ABS, nylon, glass-filled materials, polystyrene, PVC, and other custom grades. Thousands of colors are also available for many materials.

Plastic Injection Capabilities

High precision, repeatability, and dependability are critical for mass manufacturing. Our state of the art machinery have tonnages ranging from about 100 to 400+ tons. Supported part weights include anywhere from ~0.1 ounces to ~60 ounces (3.75 lbs), depending on the project requirements. These services and machinery are frequently expanded, please reach out if your project falls outside of the listed capability.

Robotic Automation

State-of-the-art automation equipment is available on-site at our facility. Robotic systems not only decrease lead times, they can also reduce costs. Each project is reviewed for compatibility with available automation to potentially reduce costs, lead times, cycle time and improve quality.

On-shoring Molds or Changing Suppliers

Numerous companies have worked with our team to on-shore existing molds or rebuild molds that are difficult to move from their previous supplier. Customers have also transitioned domestics projects to our facility to improve their customer experience. Our rigorous transition preparation process includes:

  • Confirming mold/tooling compatibility with our facility.

  • Matching material and color to the existing product.

  • Reviewing QC requirements to maintain or improve product quality.

  • Plan the logistics to provide a smooth transition from the previous supplier.
