Mold/Tooling Fabrication
Lakeshore Plastics takes pride in providing end-to-end services to bring your product to the world. Expert CNC and precision machining services enables you to fabricate most, if not all, tooling (including molds) on-site. Tooling can also be maintained and repaired in-house for significantly higher up-time.
Plastic Injection Molding
The Lakeshore Plastics team of experts provide plastic injection services using industry-leading Haitian injection presses. Available tonnages range from about 100 to 400+ tons. Supported part weights include anywhere from ~0.1 ounces to ~60 ounces (3.75 lbs). These services and machinery are frequently expanded, please reach out if your project falls outside of the listed capability.
Robotic Automation
State-of-the-art automation equipment is available on-site at Lakeshore Plastics. Robotic systems not only decrease lead times, they can also reduce costs. Each project is reviewed for compatibility with available automation to potentially reduce costs, lead times, cycle time and improve quality.
